What My Home Means To Me

What My Home Means To Me What home means to me... Hearing my family laughing, everyone talking at the dinner table, and Griffin barking when someone walks by. I can see my family having fun playing games, and the tv when we are watching funny movies together. There are beautiful lights when you look outside. My family enjoys the delicious food that my mom and dad make every night, the flavour of stuffing and chicken, and the creamy mashed potatoes. I can smell the sweet freshly baked cookies with melted chocolate chips, and feel warm as I look at the candles that had just been lit with a lighter. I can feel the love and safety in my home, my adorable dog that I love very much, and his fuzzy face that I could just look at for hours. I enjoy my cozy bed where I feel comfy. I have lived in my fantastic house all my life for almost 12 years now. I have watched my little sister grow up. My favourite room in the house is my bedroom. When I was born my first room was all my own but then I moved to the room next door. My walls are pink and green and I share a bunk bed with my little sister. I have the top and Leah has the bottom. In my house it’s enjoyable and the people inside my house care for me and respect me for who I am no matter for how I look or act. This house is my favourite. I feel safe and loved. I could have never asked for any other house ever. This is my home and my home is special to me.
