What my home means to me
What a Home Means To Me
To me, my home means safety. It means happiness and love. It means where you rest your head at night, with your loved ones. Home is a place I look forward to heading back to every day.
Home can be anywhere, from a giant mansion to the tiniest cottage. The one thing that makes my house a home, is not my toys, or my books, but the people that are in it. You can have any sort of house, but you can’t have a home without family.
I think that everyone should have a home. No matter the person, they should have that one special place to be. There should not be such a thing as homelessness. Everyone, rich or poor, should have a home.
A home is not just a structure that builders make with bricks, but a place where you can just be you. A place where you’re always wearing your smile. A home is a place that’s full of memories and laughter. Home is where the fun never ends. As a quote from Leo Christopher states:
“Home is wherever you leave everything you love and never question that it will be there when you return.”
