What home means to me

What is my home? Is it jus a building? Or is there more than meets the eye? Well I can answer that question, because I have thought the same. Because I realized there is special things that makes your home, not any other home, YOUR home. For me the special things that makes my home special is the home cooked meals no one can ever recreate. Because every time I taste the filipino cuisine my uncle makes I fell the dedication my uncle put in the food, as the cuisine of filipino culture harmonizes in my mouth. When I arrive home after school I always see my little cousin playing with toy cars. Scratching the floor, while my mom works for countless hours. Home is like a storybook, and each page talks about the wonderful memories in the house. Yes, there can be challenging times too. But, maybe the those challenging times have a lesson to help you become a better version of yourself in the future! Also, don't take your home for granted because your home is the only place where you can make the fondest memories and every day, I always wish that everyone in the world has a home. And wherever my future takes me, I will always remember that I can have a home to go back to. That is what home means to me.
