A house is not a home
A house is not home. A home is full of life and everyday you come home it is warm, loving, and caring. A home is like a best friend. A home is not a building that doesn't move. My home is wherever my family goes. A house is not a home. A house has a roof and 4 walls. A home feels different for everyone. Maybe it’s your hideout, your place to recharge, or maybe it is where you play and have fun. It could be what makes you feel full. But, my home is where I always want to be. I know when I am with my family I am home. No matter where I am. In Canada, America, my grandma's home, or even driving in the car. Wherever my family is, my home is there too. My home knows my name. It is my partner in crime, the thing I know will always be there. A house gives me shelter, but a home gives me warmth, happiness, and fun. So, a house will never be a home.
