My Home
Home in my eyes is something you’ll never expect. I have lived in China for some time. I felt like China was my only home. Until I came to Canada. I felt lonely when I first came, there weren't any close friends or family members. I felt lonely and nothing pops out to me. I missed my home, I missed my friend, but gradually life in Canada slowly felt like home. Soon I learned what home means, it doesn't mean a house with a roof and four or more walls. It means the thing you love, like anything. Even if it’s Disneyland. In my home there’s always a warm fireplace in the winter, a lovely smell of food whenever you need it.
There’s always something going on if you believe that it’s your true home. A home is not just a house, it's more than that. Either in your heart or outside of your heart.
