Home

Home is my favorite place to be in the whole-wide world. It is the place where I feel the happiest and safest. When I walk inside, I can smell fresh food cooking in the kitchen and it makes me feel happy. I get to see the people I love the most. Just being around my family makes me feel calm and safe. Home is a special place where I can share my thoughts and feelings without being scared. When I have a good day, I can talk about it. When I have a bad day, I know my Mom and Dad will listen and help me feel better. Home is where I make the best memories. We laugh, tell stories, and spend time with each other. These are things that money cannot buy, like love, happiness, and laughing. At home, we have fun family game nights. We also sit together on the couch, eat popcorn, and watch our favorite movies. During the holidays, like Christmas, we share big meals and enjoy special memories with the whole family. My home is not just a building with four walls and a roof. It is much more than that. It is a place filled with love and kindness. It is where I play with my pets, laugh and joke around. I know I can always come home to hugs and kisses. Most of all, home is the one place where I can truly be myself. That is why home is the best place of all. That is what home means to me.
