Home means the smell of dads pancakes hissing and bacon sizzling in the morning, and moms smoky ribs with barbeque sauce at night. Home means the purring of my cat as he lays beside while I read my favorite books in bed. Home means staying up late on sleepover nights talking about nonsense. Home means the fresh smell of watermelon candles in the summer. Home means my family laughing when my dad is silly. Home means playing my favorite games with family. Home means loving each other when someone feels sad. Home means watching movies with my family and friends while eating buttery popcorn and snacks. Home means playing soccer in my backyard when it's warm with my brother. Home means the sound of silence at night when I'm in my cozy spot. Home means having friends over for cheesy pizza made fresh from the oven. Home means being grateful for a family. Home means being grateful for fresh veggies,fruits and delicious meals.
