What Home Means To Me

To me, a home isn’t just a place where you can stay. At home, there's a warm blanket wrapped around me. And then I'm safe and sound. At home, there is that chirping sound coming from the birds in the tree. Home means you can feel welcomed and safe. At home, I feel my dog pawing the edge of my leg, whining, in my living room. At home, I can hear the bees buzzing around, and around in my ear. In my bedroom, is my cozy place, where the rain is tapping my window. In my kitchen, I hear that hissing noise coming from the stove, where my mom bakes cookies. For the dining area, I hear jolly laughter coming from my family.
