About My Home & Habits for Humanity
Hello! My name is Misheeta and I’m from India and I’m going to talk about my home & habits for humanity.
My Home
Home is a place where we live with our family. At home, I feel safe, happy, excited, comfortable, silly, mad, emotional and happy. Home protects me from heat, cold and rain (harsh weather conditions). At home we eat together, celebrate festivals and birthdays together, we spend time together with family and friends. At home my parents teach me good values/ manners to become a good person. At home I feel special because I learn about new things to be smarter. My favorite places at home is the front yard and back yard because I get to play outside and get fresh air. I also like the living room because I play board games with my family. When I feel sad, home gives me comfort.
Also, I came from the southern part of India, where my grandparents live. We have a big home in India where I spend good time with my cousins and friends.
Habits for Humanity
Habits for humanity are good habits which help people who are in need. These are small actions we do every day to show kindness, respect, and responsibility. When we practice good habits/ manners, we help not only ourselves but also others around us. I like being kind to my friends, families and people around me. I like to respect elders, teachers, and friends.
If everyone practices good habits, I feel we will be more happier and will stay together.
