Meaning of Home

A home is not just a place to stay in. Home is a place where I feel safe. filled with memories, and filled with love. My kitchen and dining table, where my Mom and Dad cook and eat. It isn't just eating delicious food. It's where I share stories with my parents and friends, talk about the future, and always ask what I did in school. Filled with lots of memories and stories to talk about. It's the best. Sometimes it gets too loud like my living room, where I watch one of my dad’s favorite movies. Decorating the Christmas tree every Christmas, opening presents, and always looking out the window waiting for my friends to come. Always playing Mario Kart and Kirby on my Nintendo Switch. Remembering the moments where me and my sister were fighting cuz I was always winning. My bedroom isn’t just a place for sleeping, it's where I keep lots of albums in my drawer, decorating my walls, wake up late, and wake up at 3am to get water. My basement, where I always hangout with my friends, watch sad movies, and watch other idols' Debut. Play games, throw plushies at each other, and play volleyball even though I'm bad. Playing hide and seek, sometimes there are funny moments that happen. Like going to the storage room and locking each other inside and closing the lights while we scream of fear. My bedroom is not just a place for sleeping, it's a place with lots of funny memories with family and friends, like playing horror games, calling my friends, and my sister always bragging about the album she got. Home isn't just a place for sleeping, eating, it's a place filled with memories with your family and friends that you never forget.
