When I Think of Home

When I think of home, I think about family, where I can relax and play PS5 with friends. It is comfortable and safe. Home is freedom for your brain and a break for you. When I come home, I see my mom making our favorite soup and my brothers fighting and yelling. I smell the soup my mom is making. When I come home, the thing I touch most is my PS5 controller. I also eat my snack pack chocolate pudding. Inside my home, I feel safe, comfortable, and supported with kindness. My favorite thing about home is my family. At home, I can play with my family, and that is what I like most. The difference between a house and a home is that a house can be any building, like a stranger’s house or a friend’s house. A home is yours, and it is safe. A home is where only you and your family belong. Home is important because it is safe and comfortable, and the people you trust and know will be there for you.
