My Home and Me

To me a house play is a place where I live, cat, sleep and play. A home is a place where I can express my feelings a home is also a place where I feel happy, safe, and where my family is In my home I see my kitten Gracie running around and playing with a candy wrapper she got off the table. My kitten also always sits and walks on my mom's keyboard while she is working. In my home I also hear my kitten meowing, my mom talking On a meeting with her colleagues, and the TV playing while my dad is watching basketball. I smell my sister's Versace perfume, my dad's Hermes cologne, and my mom's delicious cooking. I like to lay down in my comfortable and relaxing bed. I also like petting my kitten Gracie. I taste delicious food such as: rice, salad salad, fruits, and some candy. I usually drink water but my sister Leyla drinks Poppi. My favourite thing about my home is that my family supports me, helps me, and is nice to me. Inside my home I feel safe, supported, cared about, and loved. I think the reason I can express my feelings better at home than at school is because at home my family is there but at school they are not there. The difference between a house and a home is: your house is a place you live, sleep, eat, and play. In your house you can feel sad, lonely, and isolated more than in your home. For me a home is a place where I can express my feelings without feeling embarrassed, it is also a place where my family is, and where I feel happy, safe, and loved. In Canada some people can not have a house because some people can't afford it, and don't have a job. The way we can help is by donating food to food banks, giving them some money and helping them get a job. Some people think that home is just a place where you live, but it's not, it's a place where your family is, and where you can express your feelings easily! I love my home! The reason is because my family is there and I feel happy, safe, and loved!
