What Home Means

The word house means four walls a roof and a floor, but home means the place where you feel safe. The place where you get to laugh with your family and the place where you can be yourself with out being judged. My home is the place I feel the safest. In a home you get to celebrate traditions with your family. When I first moved into my home I called it a house because in the beginning, that is all it was. It was four walls and a roof, but over the months it changed. I put all my stuff in and got a new bike and now my house has started to feel like home. I have good memories already. And those are important. That’s what home means to me.
