Meaning of Home

Home is not always a place. Home is a space where you can be safe, loved, and important. When I think of home I don’t think of a building. I think of a place full of laughs, joy, and hugs. In your home, you can cozy up with a blanket and book. You can draw, write, and read. You can walk, run, and jump. Your home is your home and not supposed to make you feel trapped. When you are sad, mad, or scared, your home is where you can go to be safe and loved. You can talk about it to your mom, dad, or pet. You can run around with your sister or brother. In short, home means to me laughs, relaxation, and joy.
