What Home Means to Me

Home is more than a building. It is a safe place for you. My Mom and I do fun things together like making cupcakes. Yum! I also make pancakes in the morning with my mom on Saturdays and Sundays because I don't have school and I don't have to rush to get on the bus !!! My backyard is so big. I have lots of room for cartwheels. I just moved houses and it is hard but it feels more and more like home when you get used to it. I love downstairs because there is a big TV and it's good for movies too. My bedroom is also downstairs. I like it because I like going under the blankets and watching my iPad. It's really relaxing and cozy. And that's why home is home to me. I am happy and sad at the same time because I miss my old home.
