My Home

My home We always seek the sounds of cats and the happy voices of my family in our home. It's a traditional place for us, or wherever we need it. It's the place we go to without forgetting when we come home from school, from visiting, or from somewhere else. Like the nests birds build, builders design houses, we buy them, and we live there for a lifetime or as long as we want. It's the place we wake up in the mornings to, the place where we feel safest. You can play games there, draw pictures, be at your friends' houses, comb your hair, and do other things like that. It's the place where you spend your happiest moments, where you celebrate your birthday, and many other important things. Sometimes, our home is where we are happiest. It's the place where we stay all day. Houses have fire alarms. They detect fire smoke and sound an alarm. Also, some houses have top locks on the doors, so small children know about this. And when a burglar enters or tries to enter the house, it makes a noise and prevents them from getting in, thus protecting the house. (translated from Turkish)**
