HOME IS MUCH MORE THAN FOUR WALLS AND A ROOF

"Home is a shelter from storms - all sorts of storms.” - William J. Bennet Home means different things to different people. My home means safety, memories, and my room. Everyone deserves to have their very own home and find the special meaning of it. Now, let's explore my meanings more deeply. Firstly, my home provides safety keeping me away from the cold winter storms and showers of rain. It wraps its warm relaxing blanket around my body protecting me. A house uses its insulated walls and roof to protect me, but a home protects with special non physical factors. Home itself isn't the only reason I feel safe though. My family is there to make me feel safe as well. Secondly, my home means memories. I grew up at home. It's where I learned how to walk, where I celebrated every Christmas with my family, and lastly where I turned double digits! My home stores all of those memories in its calm atmosphere and under the floors. My family can always create great funny memories that will be remembered for a long time. Lastly, I’ll finish with my room. I feel happiness bubbling up inside me whenever I go back to my room. The great things about my room are the books that wait to enchant me with their stories, my yarn and my paints and pencils, so I can unleash my creativity, and lastly my - stuffies that I can always cuddle. My room is where I feel that I truly belong. To conclude, now you know why the safety of home, the memories I create, and my room all mean home to me. My home is one of the things I'm most grateful for and I can't imagine what life would be like without it.
