WHAT IS A HOME?

Homes are you. You and your family do, Happiness there, Here and everywhere. Homes are what you like, But not just some bikes. Home has imagination, And it is a place you love with your kin. Here is a tale. It’s a sad one, about a male. There once was a man. He was nice, believe it if you can. He loved his house, that he had bought. For he bought an expensive one that would never rot. He was a businessman, a good one too. He made bargains, maybe like you do. But he was famous, and that made him hated. So, his reputation that he had created, Almost got himself burned up! A little old crazy man named Jup, Set the man’s house on fire, only to run. The man wasn’t fond of this little pun. He jumped out a window and cried, But after that, he could only sigh. But then, after the firefighters went, He realized his house was just a place you could rent! His house wasn’t his home, neither was his stuff! So eventually, when Jup was cuffed, He told his dog, “You are part of my home,” “’Cause a home is not just a dome,” Or a place, filled to the brim,” So, the man, and his little dog Kim, Volunteered for a place who helped, In a place with homeless people, helped. A little girl was crying, so the man came. And he asked her name. “My name is Sarah McPown,” “And I’m sad because my house burned down,” “Sarah, I have a lesson for you,” “No matter what happens, no matter what you do,” You’ll still have a home, right in your heart,” And from there he helped even more, Not like a business bore. THE END
