What Home Feels Like

What does my home feel like? There are many things that remind me of home. My parents' hugs feel like the warm sun latching onto me, sheltering me from a cold breeze. I slowly feel warmth on my outer body but also in my inner body. Drawing is a huge passion for me; it’s like looking at creativity on a single sheet of paper (or anything) and my parents are the one who help and inspire me! That's how I know everyone has different art styles. Cooking is another passion of mine. My parents taught me how to cook and their cooking is unique! The flow of the pan is just like the flow of love, in my heart for my home. I love making a warm plate of dosa that smells and tastes like a warm explosion of ghee and dosa batter. Not only to light up my parents’ stomach but to also light up their hearts and souls. Cooking is not the only thing to light up my home. My plushie named Sharfin ignites both my outer self and inner soul! One of the best things to do is snuggle with them as I doze to sleep. I can do a lot of stuff at home! My home is my shield, comfort zone, and where I cook, sleep, eat, hug and best of all…where I feel happy!! That is just the beginning of how great my home is!
