Home

When I wake up in the morning, I take off my Stitch PJs and put on my jeans, a T-shirt and cardigan. 😊 I go downstairs to make breakfast and sometimes I like to make French toast. 😊 I mix all of the liquids and dunk a slice of bread into it. I slap the bread onto the pan and start cooking. Every now and then I take my spatula, move it under the French toast, and flip. Last Valentine’s Day, I made chocolate sprinkle hearts for me and my family. If I did not have a home, I would not have these things. A home is not just walls, it is the people in it - the people you love, your family. When you get stuff you do not like, do not say it. This the worst. Instead, think about the people that do not have the things that you do. When I flip the French toast I try to do my best. My dad is French so it feels perfect. My mom is English. I have a plastic stick to stir with and I use it for spreading butter on the pan. Anyway, the point is: Making food for my family makes me feel at home.😊
