The Place I Love

At home I feel loved and safe. The place where I am fed. The place that I know the best. The place where I hear the most laughing and happy sounds. The place where I get the most hugs and kisses. The place where I get the best food. The place where we always say “I love you” to each other. Sometimes my mom says it first, and sometimes I say it first. But we never forget to say it. The place where I play Fortnite on my PS5. The place where I build worlds in Roblox and have fun. The place where I practice piano, even when it is hard. The place where I get ready for soccer practice. The place where I come back tired but happy. Home is always waiting for me. At home, I learn how to balance things. Time to study. Time to play. Time to grow. Home teaches me how to be kind, how to be thankful, and how to care about others. The place where I learn, play, and grow. The best place you want. I cannot be more grateful. The place that enchants you. And everyone is very thankful. The place where my loved ones are. I could not be happier. Home is not just walls and a roof. It is the people inside that make it special. Because everything will be gone in a matter of time. Everything will be gone, but we have the memories of home.
