What does home mean to me?
What does home mean to me? Home is happiness, love and caring about myself and others. I have parents that are supportive with anything I do. I have food, water and clothes. I have all the things I want and need. At home, I can relax and be the real me. The number one important thing at home to me is to feel safe. I never have been scared in my home and I never will. I always get a lot of hugs and kisses from all of my family members. Home is a place of board games, cooking in the kitchen, snuggling up next to my furry cat, cuddling with my parents, and jumping on my parents bed in the morning. When I go to sleep every night, I am peaceful, quiet and comfortably relaxed. In my home, I was taught to show kindness to others, respect everyone's differences and to treat others how I want to be treated. Home is supposed to be full of laughter, silliness and memories. My family carefully plays with our cat. My house is not messy. It is clean and my room is organized. Everyday I wake up early and my loving parents always give me lots of love! Nearly all the time, I will receive something new and I am so grateful for it. I can confidently say that my home is easily the best place on earth!
