My Home

Home is a place where I'm treated with kindness, care, and compassion. When I first moved to my home it didn't really feel like home, it felt like it was just a house. Once everything was unpacked and we spent time as a family at our home though, it finally felt like home. I feel comfortable, safe, and loved at my home. When I come home from a cold and wet soccer game I feel warm and cozy. At home I have three pets that I love very much. They make me feel happy when they come snuggle me. Every day when I come home, they greet and welcome me back, and it's really nice. I also feel safe in my room. My favorite thing in my room is my hanging chair. I go on it a lot in my room. My home is my happy place and I feel very lucky to have it.
