What Home Means to Me
Home is a place of warmth and memories. Memories are things that money cannot buy
When I think of home, I think about my family. I think about the times we had together. I think about the friends I invited to my home. I feel my mom’s sweater when I’m hugging her.
Most of the places I had memories at was at home. Home was where my scratches healed and bruises mended. Home is my happy place. Home is my favourite place. If I could go anywhere, I’d go home. I taste my mom’s sausage that she made for me at home
Home is my family. A habitat is my house. The habitat can change, but my home will always be with me, either standing next to me or waiting for me at my house. Whenever I’m in my house, I see my dad’s green, jade, dragon necklace whenever he’s hugging me. I smell my mom’s sweet perfume whenever we leave the house
Whenever I think of home, I think of how grateful I am and how grateful I should be to have a roof over my head and warm clothes and food. I’m thankful for everything I have and everything I got. I hear the laughter of my family when ever we play board games together
Love is my favourite way of remembering home because I can remember that my family loves me and are waiting for me at my home. That’s my favourite way of remembering home. What's yours?
