Meaning of Home- Home is part of your Family

Home is like a warm hug on a cold day. Home is like a hot mug when I am feeling down. It is where I play and sleep, where I take time, and slow down when I need to relax. At home I have my books and toys; I have my hopes and joys! I get my ups and downs, I sometimes have a frown, but my home gets me through it all. When I tell jokes, I make people laugh. It fills the house with love and happiness. When it is time to go outside and play, I bathe in the bright light even on a winter’s day. When I go back inside, I have a warm cup of hot cocoa to keep me cozy. When it is time for dinner, I sit down to have my veggies. Later, I snuggle up to read with my family and have some hugs. Before I go to bed, I say “Thank you for my home and house, another day is well and pleased, I stayed up until my bedtime and now I need some Z’s.”
