Home isn’t just a place you live in

Home isn’t just a place you live in; it’s a place where you feel safe, a place you feel like you can be yourself. Home to me is a place where I feel loved and play board games, card games, and more. One of my favorite things about home is my family, sure my family teases me but they never go out of their way to be mean. I love when me and my family eat together and laugh, it fills me with joy! My mom and my dad are divorced but still find ways to surprise me together. They go out of their way to make me feel special every way possible every single day! Home means a lot to me; I love when my kittens howl at me and my family to feed them even when it's way too early. I love when my mom helps me with my homework when I am stuck or when I don’t understand something she always is there to explain it to me over and over and over again until I understand and that’s how much home means to me!!!
