What Home Means

What Home Means House is where you are, not ‘what’ and ‘how’ you are. Home is where I feel safe and loved. home is a special place that feels right to me. Home is the laughter of my family, as we play games at the dark brown, dining room table. Home is the smell of my dad’s scrumptious noodles, as I arrive at my home, my happy place, where I rest after a long day of fun and work. Home is the warmth of the blankets and my mother’s hand just before it’s time for bed. Home is the place where I make my crafts and write my stories. House is an empty, meaningless building [ if not physically], nothing but a place in the world. Home is a place to make memories with loved ones, and home is a place that everyone deserves.
