What Does Home Mean

Home means a lot of things like, When you’re in your bedroom, laying on your bed looking at the ceiling, while listening to calm, nostalgic music and playing a game. Waiting to have dinner, you walk downstairs in silence, as you skip through the living room seeing family photos all over the walls and seeing your parents sitting on the soft, comfortable couch with fluffy pillows watching tv. As you walk into the kitchen you smell your dad’s delicious cooking and the smell of a vanilla candle and a berry candle. You quietly grab a plate of mac and cheese and you get a big scoop. You go to the dining room and eat your food and laugh with your family. You go outside with your big sister and she makes sure you feel comfortable while playing soccer. Now you come back inside because you get cold and your sister brings you a blanket to go to bed and you go to sleep while watching tv. You wake up and go to brush your teeth and wash your face, and at your door you go slide your slippers on. You go downstairs to eat breakfast and your amazing mom gives you a plate with scrambled eggs, two sausages, two bacon and some strawberries. You put your backpack on and you go wait for the school bus outside. And you hop on the bus and find your best friend and sit with her. You get home from school and get your piano books from your room. And your dad drives you to piano because he 's the best! That is what home means to me!
