Home Sweet Home

“Home sweet home, there's nothing like it”. Did you know not everybody has a house to call home? That's what habitat for humanity is trying to change. They are trying to build more homes for more people. Some people are either homeless or have other people living with them. Most houses have multiple people living inside because all they can get is an apartment because there’s no homes left for them to live in alone. They don't have a house to call home. A lot of people need to share a home because it is too expensive to live alone. Moving around all the time can be really hard. I have moved many times in my life and it's really hard to not have a permanent place to stay. It makes me feel sad sometimes knowing I have not found my forever home. Some people don't have homes and are trying to find one but can not because they are too expensive or there are not enough. Habitat for Humanity is trying to fix the lack of homes. They are trying to give people their own homes. I think what habitat for humanity is doing is really important because more people can have their own home. My home has a dog, siblings, parents, my step brother and his girlfriend. I sometimes help cook dinner and most of the time I help clean the house. I also like to play with my friends outside. In the summer I like to go biking, swimming and play outside in my neighborhood.
