My Home

A home to me means a lot. It's where my family lives and where I make memories. It is where my family tells stories. My home is my happy place, it’s full of joy, laughter, comfort, and much more. My home is full of joy because we have food to eat, stories to tell about our adventures, and we make jokes that make me laugh. There are pictures on the wall that remind me of fun days. Those pictures make me feel happy. At my house, I feel like myself, where I can breathe. I feel accepted, loved, and safe. I feel comfortable because my parents say encouraging things, and my brothers push me forward. My bed is cozy with blankets over me. My house smells like my mom making food for my brothers and me. My dad is always making new things to put in our house, like shelves and cupboards. Our family spreads lots of love in my home. We care for each other. I love my home so much. We share lots of joy. I wish everybody could have a home to live in. Homes are the best place.
