What home means my family

To me, home means a lot of things. But the most important thing is my family. My mom cooks my favorite food, cares for my safety, and health. She takes me to the doctor when I am sick, and I know she really cares for me. I feel safe around her. My dad takes me to play when he is not working, he takes me to playgrounds, restaurants, places that I haven’t been to yet. I feel happy when he is not working, he is like my best friend. My brother takes care of me and takes me to places I like. Usually, we go to the bowling center or to the movies. He is like my third parent. I also have a dog called Coffee. She likes to play a lot and loves being petted, but if you pet her then stop, she will nudge your arm until you start petting her again. She cheers me up when I am feeling sad or frustrated by licking my face. I can’t help but smile when I see her. I love being with my family whether it’s on family vacation or at home, because to me, home is where my family is.
