Home is not just home…

Home to me is precious, it’s where we make memories and have adventures with my family. It’s also where we make relationships. When we lie down in the breeze and gaze at the stars. When we wake up in the morning, look out the window, we see. Home is a safe place, not an unsafe place; it's our shelter. It's where we play board games and laugh. We support one another even through the sad times. We go against each other and play games, relay races, and sports like tennis. It’s also a place where we belong; we are not left out in any situation. In the kitchen, my mom cooks delicious food for us. The walls do not need colour because they are already filled with colour from the pictures covering them. It’s like all the memories are stuck on the walls forever! Home does not matter how it looks; it could be small, big, pretty or ugly, but with my family, it is special.
