Home is Where the Heart is

To me, home is the place where I am not afraid to do the things that I like to do. Home is my shelter, and my safe place. Home is where I can snuggle up with my family, with the sweet smell of buttery popcorn, and watch a comedy movie. Home is where the heart is. Home tastes like fresh chocolate cookies from the oven. In the evening, I like to grab a fantasy book, and cuddle up on the sofa and read. Home isn’t just a building, it’s the place filled with love and comfort. It’s the place full of supportive people, and Jesus with us. My home smells like loads of chocolate, and all sorts of different types of plants. Home is where the heart is. After supper, me and my family grab a card game, and then the whole area is filled with joy, and laughter. In my home I like to grab some paper, and pencils, and just start drawing. My home is filled with creativity and enjoyment, and sounds like teasing. In my home there is a lot of hugging, and there is so much love, it would blow someone’s mind! Home is where the heart is. Everybody deserves a home.
