Home

To me my home means safety, a place where I matter. One of my favourite places in my home is my bed where I can snuggle deep into my blankets and pillows. And it is also where I have all my books that I read every night. And then there is my door that protects me from my brother. I am thankful for my bed because it’s where I read my books before bedtime and where I have dreams. Now I will talk about my basement. My basement is where I have fun, like playing football and ministicks with my brother, creating Lego inventions and building my new ones. Every Sunday from 12:00 to 8:00 from September to January I sit on the living room chair in the basement watching football cheering for the LA Rams and booing the San Fransico 49ers. Next I will tell you about the kitchen and dining area. In the kitchen the yummy smells from my mom's cooking. Every evening, we have lively conversations at the dinner table. I love seeing my dog sitting in the living room chair when I get home from school and when he licks my face. I am very grateful to have a home. Do you have a home?
