House vs. Home

Home is a place but it's a special place for the people inside. I get that home is a place where you live but for some people it's just a house. home isn't just a house; homes are where you live and your family lives. Home is where you smell your dads delices cooking home is like the five senses like smell or taste or the sights in my backyard It's where you hear your dogs or cats are snuggling by your side. Home is where you can play with your siblings. Home is where you can feel safe or protected. Home is where you can help your mom with gardening. home is love, hope and strength. home is not a house. houses are still fun but it's not the same even if it's your friend’s home. but it's not your home. home is where you can feed your pets like my gerbil Oreo. Thanks to habitat to humanity for doing what they do and for helping poor or the homeless by getting them a home and for getting them food. Once again thank you habitat for humanity.
