I Belong Here
Home is a place where I’m supposed to belong but in this story it isn't about that. When I was younger I lived in an apartment, I knew everyone there. I had a lot of friends and had so many memories. I baked Filipino foods but when I moved I knew no one.
People would greet me and my family but it didn't hit as hard when people would greet us at my old house. People in my neighborhood already knew each other but I didn't know anyone.
I had a second home which was my school. I felt like I belonged. I had friends to laugh with there. Another home is with my family. Now my family wouldn't have time to bake with me because they got too busy. So I just watched tv and played in my room. I began to get to know the people there but I didn't make friends. However, the people were nice. The kids in my neighborhood didn't talk to me so I only had friends at school but it became normal and me and my neighbors started talking a little bit at the end.
