Home Is

Home is a hug, a place where I feel loved and comfortable. Home is my friend, a place where I can express myself without being judged. Home is a chest, where I keep my memories of happy moments and sad moments. Home is a place that doesn't ask me to explain myself. Home is like space, full of things to figure out. Home is not always where you were born sometimes it is where you learned to breathe again. Home is my brother’s, a place with fights for who gets the bigger part of the food; that’s sibling’s love. Home is a private perfume because no one knows how important that smell is to me. Home is a paper and pencil, I can write as much as I want with no one stopping me. Home is like a series, each chapter is a year of my life. Home is that feeling of tiredness after long hours of volleyball with my dad. Home is the feeling of being accepted and safe in a simple place. Home is a song that for others is a simple song but me is the beat of my heart. Home is an open book, with no secrets.
