Meaning Of Home

Home is where I grew up and where I live. Home is where all my memories live. Home is like a soft blanket that wraps around me. Home is food, water, and life all in one. Home isn’t just bricks and walls. It’s like a warm, cozy bed you lie down in at the end of the day. It’s a meadow of green grass and fresh flowers. My home is full of fun, quiet, and laughter. On the table, there’s always food, and snacks. On my bed, there’s a comfy mattress and soft blanket. In the kitchen, there are lots of cooking ingredients to try out new foods, and fun baking experiments with my mom! When I come home, my sister and mom are always there to greet me after fun-filled school days. I love everything about my home. My bedroom that has all my certificates and achievements, My kitchen, where my sister and I get flour everywhere when baking, My living room where we all sit next to each other and relax, My playroom where I can read all my books and watch tv, And my dining room, where we all eat together and talk about our day! When my mom comes home, every day, me and my sister have something prepared for her. The calm sounds that come from all around my house are sometimes calm, sometimes fun, and sometimes loud, but always full of life! If I ever come home with a bad day, when I step through the door, everything feels lighter, like a rainbow after rain! The meaning of home? A warm, cozy, safe place to share all your newest memories and adventures. Everyone deserves a home. A home isn’t just a place to live, it’s a place to belong.
