There's No Place Like Home!

A home means a place where you can be loved. A house is just a place, a shelter. Everyone thinks that a house is just a building standing tall, protecting people from rain, thunder and whatnot. I've never moved before, so you’d think I don't know the difference between a house and a home, right? You’re wrong. I mean, I’ve been to a house before, like this one time during vacation. It just didn't feel like home-not warm, not like a hug. Even if it was warm where we were. But then when I came home, it felt like a super big hug, and it felt so warm, even if it was cold in Canada! Plus, there’s no place like home! Thank you, Habitat for humanity, for making homes for people who need a home, and for homeless people! Anyways, back to the difference between a house and a home. A home isn't just a house-it's a hug-a warm hug. A home is everything, a house is not. You thrive in a home, but you don't thrive in a house. A home is like a nest-warm. A house is not. A home is everything, a house is not. Again, thank you, Habitat for Humanity, for helping those in need so that the people that need a house have a house. There's no place like home!!
