The Meaning of Home

Home is where you sleep, eat, cook, love your family and feel loved by your family around you. In the summer after school I walk up to my house that's at the end of the block. It has a bright red roof, a big yard with a trampalean, green grass, a big garden and flowers. When I walk into my house I sigh a breath of relief,because I am home, my home, It's my safe place where I can truly be myself. Home doesn't just mean shelter, it means feeling safe, being safe, family, comfort and happiness. My home is where I can listen to music while I draw, quietly read my favorite book on the couch or on my bed, where I have family game nights or outdoor movie Nights with family and friends, birthday parties, sleepovers and so much more things that make my home a home that will always be loved because so many memories were made there, and so many emotions were put out and said. If I didn't have this home, the home that I love or my family that I need, I would feel alone, sad and missing the home I love no matter what .But one of the most important meanings of Home is the people in it, the people you love, your family.
