HOME A Place You Belong
What's the difference between a home and a house? A house is a place where you come to sleep, but home is a place where feelings lie beneath. I hear people saying “it’s so sad that people are homeless,” but people always have a place that they belong. So shouldn't you call it houseless? because it’s where you belong that's home, a house is a place you end up at the end of the day. Home is where you belong at the end of the day, at sunrise and sundown where you belong is the place you come from, and no, I don't mean New York or Hong Kong. Not that kind of place you come from, it’s where you can share your feelings, thoughts and opinions. It’s where your heart beats, where your family is, and where you’ll always be free. A house is four walls, a home is full of love, home is your gut telling you you belong. A house is a foundation with materials like wood, and stone, but the true materials you need for a home are love, hope, and a heart. That makes a house, because whether you come from South Africa, Asia, or Australia. Things will change. You won’t stay in a house forever, but your home will always be with you, and always be there. Because it doesn't matter where you come from, inside we’re all the same, the same brain, and heart. No matter what religion, age, or gender. Everyone has a home; it's where we started and where we will end. You don't need to travel to be home, or move houses to be home. Because home is right where you are, a special place in your heart holds it it will always be there every step of the way… always
