Meaning of Home

The meaning of home is a very good feeling, if you listen to my reason you’ll find it quite appealing. Home is a very special place to me, it is safe, it is warm, and I am loved there, you see. When I see a fire on a screen, on a stove, or in a fireplace, it reminds me of home. There are many kinds of homes, like a house, an igloo, or even a dome. A mansion, an apartment, a town house, too! You know there are ways to be reminded of home, like touch, smell, hearing, and to see, well I’m going to tell you what it is for me. I feel so warm and cozy on the inside, it’s almost surreal. I smell pine burning on the fire, and the smell you can’t conceal. I hear the warm crackling fire when I’m near. The warm fire makes me feel happy, and calm, and sleepy like a bear in winter. The fire will tire me, and it will be hard to see, while I'm drifting off to sleep. There are other ways to be reminded of home, like coffee, tea, or maybe a scone, but fire is the way that reminds me of home.
