A Collection Of Poems About My Home

By Molly, Grade 4, Unisus school Home (sonnet) My home is lot’s more than just a building, It is a place of safety and peace. It’s perfect, like it’s with golden gilding! The purest embodiment of feliz. Other people’s homes may be in houses, Only, my home is at Penticton Creek. The peace there is multiplied by thousands. The forest there has a certain mystique. With flowing water, crystal and aglow, With tall growing trees, green, brown, and living, The calm and beautiful life there will flow. I will remember it, times reliving. Because that creek and forest is my home, Where I feel peaceful, by that rich, dark, loam. Home (simile poem) Rushing water, clear as crystal. Blue, blue sky, as vibrant as forget-me-nots. Green trees all around, like an expression of nature’s wonder. Home (haiku) Home is beautiful, A form of pure happiness, A form of wonder.
