This what I believe home means to me
Home is a place where we live. It’s a place where we can be free from modern distractions. It makes me feel so safe from the cold dark world outside. When I come home each day I find comfort in my family. Home makes me feel so warm after a cold day. That’s why I like sitting by the window with a cup of hot chocolate gazing out at the world from my comfy cozy home. My bed is also a temporary home at night when it's dark outside. It drifts me to sleep so I forget my fears. When my family is gone during the day, I rely on my house to take care of me. My house does lots of stuff for me, it keeps my food safe, it heats my family and friends and everyone who has a brain to see it. Unlike some people who try to tear down everyone’s house! There are definitely people in the world that will tear down people's houses and stand someone on the street. There are also people who don’t see how a home is a warm cozy shelter.
There are some who think beds are not warm cozy shelters. While you're sitting at a window, watching the snowflakes fall from Heaven, try to think about all the blessings a house will give you. A house is also funny. Many people will not notice that a house is funny. When you are just sitting there you can think about all the funny stuff you've done. So let's all try to help all the people without a home. So let's get them a shield from the cold outside. All this is what a home is to me. It might not be that way to you but just try. I live in a colony with 150 people! If ever a house was ruined the family inside would just stay in another house while the colony fixes the house. This is what home means to me.
