The Meaning of Home

For me, home isn’t where you are, it's where you feel safe and happy. Home is where you will be accepted no matter who you are. It's where you can express yourself freely, where you can express your emotions freely. Home is where you can relax after a long day. It doesn’t matter where or what your home is, what matters is who you're with that makes it special. Home is full of the memories you had with the people you love. It's not just bricks and windows and doors, it's more than that. It’s like all the happiness you’ve felt inside these walls wraps around you like a warm, cozy blanket. Home is like a sturdy castle shielding you from the outside world. Where you don't have to worry about anything else. Where you don’t have to stress about stuff outside of your walls. A house is where you live, but a home is where you make memories, feel loved, and belong.
