Meaning of Home

Home to me is a place full of comfort, love and support. When I think of the word home I think of my mom because when I’m at home and my mom is home, I feel more comfort. At home both my parents show that they love me by how much they support me. One reason I feel comfortable is because there is plenty of places where I can express my feelings, be myself and grow. When I’m at home with my family, I feel safe and protected. When I was younger and I was scared at night my mom would say “Theres no need to be scared when you’re with me”. One reason home means love is because there is love everywhere because I love my family, I love my dog, I love my room, I love my bed and my parents love each other. Another place where there’s love is my sister yes she does get mad at me but whenever I’m sad or hurt you can still see how much she cares and loves me. The last reason home means support to me is because of how much my family supports me. Whenever I’m stressed out about school they all come and support me and make sure I’m ok. If I have a hobby, like archery when I said to them “I really wanted to do archery” they said “sure of course”. Whenever I do archery at my cabin they cheer for me and support me so much. In conclusion home to me is a place full of comfort, love and support. When I think of the word home I think of my mom because when I’m at home and my mom is home I feel more comfort.
