The Meaning of My Home - Grade 3

My home means so much to me and my family. I live in an apartment but it is awesome! In my home there are so many cool rooms, but first let's talk about my bedroom. I share a room with my sister but on my side I have my warm cozy bed. Then above my bed I hang posters and drawings on the wall so I can look at them. Next to my bed I have my nightstand with my nightlight that I turn on before bedtime. Then there is my dresser where I keep all my clothes, and I have my very own TV! And now onto the living room. In the living room I have two cozy couches where we watch movies and get snuggled up under blankets. And next to that, I have a rocking chair. It is so cozy and warm when I sit there I am happy! And I have a big shelf full of toys they are so fun to play with. And then there is the bathroom where I take all my baths and showers. In the kitchen my mom and dad cook so many tasty meals for me and my sister. Home is not just a house it is a place where you feel safe and loved.
