Home, the place of dreams.L

Home is a place where dreams and form and run freely, dreams like "what if I were a police officer," or "what if I were somewhere other than home," etc. Home can be the place of relaxation and thoughts that don’t need to be restrained, thoughts that only you need to understand, while no one else can ask what you're thinking about or what’s on your mind today. It can just be me and my thoughts in peace. Home is a place where you can do your hobbies, plan what you want to do, practice things you like without worrying about other things, like sports or the next day, because at home you can pursue your dreams and thoughts. Home is the place where social life is minimal, and where you can express yourself, a place where people can’t judge, and a place where you can eat as much as your body needs and not get dirty looks. While in social life, people invade your thoughts, which no one needs to understand, but they want to understand, but they can’t, which can make them frustrated, and now you feel like your thoughts aren’t yours; they are someone else's. In social life, your hobbies may be perceived as weird or childish, and now it feels like you need new hobbies, ones that can please others but can’t please yourself and don’t make you happy. Back at home, you may smell your mom’s old body spray, which has a very strong lavender smell, the kind that burns your nose and gives a headache, but it gives me memories of when I was little. It makes me feel happy when that happens sometimes. At 6:00, I can smell my mom cooking my favourite fried egg sandwich because I don’t like the wraps for the rest of my family. She knows I won’t eat them. Outside my room, I can smell the socks I wore as my laundry is right outside my room, the only time it has a smell is if it’s my soccer sock’s after a game or a peraticis, the smell is thick and smells like sweat which dose not smell good but it dose go away after a while. At my home, I can hear my little brother wanting a snack and asking for Paw Pawtrol, and my middle brother crashing out over Fortnite because he lost for the 5th time to the same person and is yelling that he used “hacks,” which is very annoying at times. I can hear my living room TV playing different channels and ads while the volume is only at 15, and no one is watching the TV, but it keeps the house from being quiet, at least. In my room, I have a fan that blasts noise, which calms me down and helps me from getting headaches, as I have already made it a part of my everyday noise that I expect, as noise calms me down, but too much noise gives me stress. On my desk, I can see the soccer uniform that I have to wear during my practices. I usually have it ready the day before just to make sure that I have everything that I need, and If i don’t have everything, it gives me time to look for it because I tend to lose things often. Off to my side, I can see the book I am currently reading, which was lent to me by my friend, that I have to return this weekend. The book is Twilight, the book is okay, but I prefer the movie instad as in the book it’s just words with no pictures, but the movie gives me a better understanding of the book. As I walk down the stairs, I can see my mom in the kitchen feeding my 2 brothers lunch. For lunch, my mom cooked grilled cheese 1 one of my favorite foods. As I eat it, my mom tells me that “ I’m eating as if I’ve never eaten anything in years.” I laugh it off as a joke because I know shes just joking with me, I even see it too. As I walk upstairs into my room, I can see some of my clothes that I forgot to put in the laundry, so I quickly pick them up and put them all into the laundry, and then they are ready for the next day. Home, The Place of Dreams, thank your for taking the time to read this paragraph. I hope you have an awesome day!
