My Home

My home has been my home for three years. I moved here from Squamish, I have loved it ever since. Now as me and my sister rush home from school, And tell our parents about our day, Then RACE upstairs, play for an hour or two. We play, we stop, we smell the smell of dinner, “DELICIOUS,” we say. Now we RACE downstairs…again. As we eat our dinner, the dogs are at our feet, That are warm as toast from the stone fireplace. I laugh my head off till our plates are empty. Wren (my sister) just walks upstairs with me. Then ditches me to play with dolls. So I sit on my bed and do gymnastics, Colour for hours, and read. This is my home, always has been, always will be.
