Home isn’t just a building
A home isn’t just a building, and I am going to tell you why.
A house is a building that you live in, eat in, and sleep in every day.
It is a shelter where you stay when it is storming outside and on cold, frigid winter days.
A home is different, though; it is where you feel loved.
It is where your family is, where siblings fight, but still love each other afterwards.
Home is where the kindness of your parents and siblings is.
The smell of delicious homemade cheese pizza at the dinner table.
At home, you can express your feelings more than anywhere, and when you do, your parents will only try to help.
It is where every day you are comforted by your parents and siblings.
As I end this book, I want to tell you, home isn’t just a building; it is where the loved ones are.
